The Georgia Bulldogs have 10 players invited to the 2026 NFL combine, which will be hosted at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana, from Feb. 23 to March 2. Former Dawgs make up about three percent of the players (10 of 319 total) that were invited to the combine,
Combine participants will run the 40-yard dash, bench press, participate in on-field drills, interview with NFL teams and more. The combine is one of the most important NFL draft preparation events.
We're excited to watch Georgia wide receiver Zachariah Branch, who should be one of the quickest players at the combine. A strong performance from Branch could help him end up as a first-round pick.
Georgia's pro day, which is typically held in March, will be much more important for the six Bulldogs that didn't receive combine invitations. Running back Cash Jones, running back Josh McCray, wide receiver Noah Thomas, wide receiver Cole Speer, long snapper Beau Gardner and safety JaCorey Thomas all did not get combine invitations.
Last year, Georgia had a trio of significant combine snubs that all ended up making NFL rosters. Receiving an invitation the NFL combine does not determine if a player will be successful at the next level, but it is often an indicator of who will be selected in the draft. The 2026 NFL draft will be held in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, from April 23-25.
