Talented 2027 EDGE Rashad Streets includes Ducks in final 6 schools

With the return of both Matayo Uiagalelei and Teitum Tuioti, the Oregon Ducks are sitting pretty at the edge positions in 2026. Both were widely expected to be at least mid-round draft picks, but decided to return along with the entire defensive line.

A bevy of reserves along the defensive line, though, subsequently decided to enter the transfer portal, weakening the depth of that position group moving forward. For those reasons, it should come as no surprise that Dan Lanning and his staff are hard on the heels of the top edge rushing prospects in the coming recruiting classes.

Four-star edge Rashad Streets, a member of the 2027 class, released the final six schools in his recruitment. Oregon was included alongside Ohio State, Florida State, Alabama, South Carolina and NC State.

Streets is the No. 8 edge in the 2027 class and the No. 66 player overall, per 247 Sports Composite.

A Raleigh, NC, native, Streets competes for Millbrook High School. Standing 6-foot-4 and 230 pounds, Streets had an eye-popping 26.5 sacks and 35.5 tackles for loss as a sophomore in 2024. He holds offers from a bevy of programs, now narrowing his list down to six after releasing a list of 12 schools in December.

If he were to commit to the Ducks, Streets would be the fifth addition to Oregon's 2027 class, joining four-star edge Cameron Prittchet and three-star linebacker Sam Ngata on the defensive side of the ball.
