Belgian coach Vincent Kompany has addressed the situation of Nicolas Jackson, who is on loan at Bayern Munich from Chelsea until the end of the season, with a purchase option included.

Speaking to the British outlet Sports Mole, Kompany stated that he enjoys working with the Senegalese striker. However, he made it clear that no final decision has yet been made regarding Jackson's future.

The 39-year-old manager emphasized that the final choice will be made in consultation with the player, who currently feels well integrated within the Bavarian squad.

Limited playing time: Is Jackson heading for an exit?

Meanwhile, several sources indicate that Jackson might hesitate to continue his adventure in Germany due to limited playing time, as the centre-forward position is mainly occupied by England international Harry Kane.

Under a long-term contract with Chelsea (seven seasons), Jackson could be loaned out again if Bayern chooses not to trigger the purchase option.

This season, the striker has featured in 22 matches across all competitions, scoring five goals and providing one assist.
