Real Madrid ready to activate German wonderkid’s €12 million release clause – report

Real Madrid continue to scan the European market for the next generation of talent, and their latest target is emerging from Germany.

According to a report from Defensa Central, the Spanish giants are closely tracking Hertha Berlin midfielder Kennet Eichhorn and are ready to act if the right conditions are met.

The 16-year-old has quickly built a reputation as one of the most promising young players in German football.

His performances have attracted attention from several top clubs, but Real Madrid appear determined to position themselves at the front of the race.

Inside the club, there is a growing belief that Eichhorn has the qualities needed to develop into a top-level midfielder.

Despite his young age, he has already shown maturity, composure, and technical ability that have set him apart from many players in his generation.

Real Madrid ready to go big

Real Madrid’s interest is not new, as scouts have been monitoring his progress for some time, and the club have now reached a key decision regarding a possible transfer.

The plan, according to the report, is to pay the player’s €12 million release clause if he gives the green light to the move.

However, the deal is not entirely in Madrid’s hands, as the final outcome will depend on what the player decides.

This is because several other major clubs are also tracking his development and could step in with competing offers during the summer.

Among the teams following him are Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund, RB Leipzig, and Manchester United.

Each of these clubs offers different advantages, which makes the situation more complicated for Real Madrid.

Bayern, in particular, could have a natural advantage, as staying in Germany at such a young age, close to home and in a familiar environment, could be an attractive option for the midfielder.

Still, Real Madrid are banking on their reputation for developing young stars and giving them a pathway to the top level.
