Jon-Eric Sullivan and Jeff Hafley met with season ticket holders the other day and the topic of Tua Tagovailoa came up. Sully stated that no decision has been made as of yet, but one should be made soon. While Tua provided some exciting football, the past two years have been a struggle with him under center. Last season, he regressed so much that he was benched for Quinn Ewers, a seventh round rookie. While Ewers wasn’t perfect, the offense operated a little more efficiently then when Tua was playing. All signs point towards Tua being on his way out whether that is via trade or a straight up release.
