Raiders Place CB Anusiem on IR

The Raiders have placed cornerback Chigozie Anusiem on season-ending injured reserve after he suffered a knee injury in Thursday's preseason game against the Texans.

Anusiem was injured on a punt play in the third quarter when he was dragged down from behind. He played 54 special teams snaps in three games last season after being signed to the active roster in Week 15. The 25-year-old has also had stints with the Browns and Cardinals, appearing in four career games primarily on special teams. moryak.biz
