Commanders Release Harris, Place Jackson on IR

The Washington Commanders released safeties Will Harris and Malik Spencer, placed linebacker Drake Jackson on injured reserve, and signed safeties Joshuah Bledsoe and Quindell Johnson.

Harris started nine games last season with 38 tackles, a sack and forced fumble. Jackson, a 2022 second-round pick by the 49ers, played three games for Washington. Bledsoe was a 2021 Patriots sixth-round pick, while Johnson went undrafted this year. tr-sport.click
