Bills Sign C Haynesworth, Waive WR Dalena

The Buffalo Bills have signed center Sincere Haynesworth and waived receiver Mac Dalena in roster moves.

Haynesworth, 25, entered the league as an undrafted free agent in 2024. He's spent time with the Saints, Patriots, and Cardinals but hasn't appeared in a regular-season game. He also played for the UFL's St. Louis Battlehawks in 2026. The Bills have been dealing with injuries at center, so Haynesworth provides some depth at the position.
