Saints Sign WR Tillman to Practice Squad

The New Orleans Saints signed former Browns wide receiver Cedric Tillman to their practice squad on Tuesday, adding depth to their receiving corps with first-round pick Jordyn Tyson sidelined for at least the first four games.

Tillman, who was released by Cleveland as they set their initial 53-man roster over the weekend, had 71 catches for 833 yards and five touchdowns over three seasons with the Browns. The Saints currently have Chris Olave and Devaughn Vele on the active roster, along with rookies Bryce Lane and Barion Brown. amunra-online.pl

With Jordyn Tyson on injured reserve and Mason Tipton on the physically unable to perform list to start the regular season, Tillman's experience could be valuable as the Saints head into Week 1.
