Michigan Rallies Past Northwestern in Big Ten Action

No. 2 Michigan overcame a 16-point deficit to defeat Northwestern 87-75 in Big Ten basketball action on February 12.

Michigan showcased their depth as reserves L.J. and Yaxel Lendeborg contributed 18 and 15 points respectively to help the Wolverines secure the double-digit victory. The team turned on a "light switch" in the second half after looking lost for stretches in the opening period.

In other Big Ten action, Maryland ended Iowa's 6-game winning streak with a 77-70 victory behind strong performances from Andre Mills (24 points) and David Coit (19 points off the bench). Ohio State also defeated USC 89-82, with Alijah Arenas leading all scorers with 25 points.
