Despite an offseason that didn't meet expectations, Cora has his work cut out constructing the best 26-man roster from a team with strengths in the starting rotation and outfield, but weaknesses in the infield and bullpen.
'The baseball season is very similar to a marathon,' Cora told his team. 'We haven't finished the race in a while as an organization … We have to finish the race, but it starts now.'
