Ex-Werder Star Sepp Piontek Passes Away at 85

Former Werder Bremen star Sepp Piontek has died at the age of 85 in Denmark following a short illness.

He won the German championship with Werder Bremen during the early years of the Bundesliga.

Piontek died in his home country of Denmark.
