49ers Top Fit for Seumalo in Free Agency

ESPN's Matt Bowen has identified the San Francisco 49ers as the top landing spot for free agent guard Isaac Seumalo this offseason.

The 49ers face uncertainty at left guard with veterans Ben Bartch and Spencer Burford set to become free agents, leaving Connor Colby as the top current option. Seumalo, a 10-year veteran, would provide immediate help with his impressive 97.3% pass rush win rate (2nd among guards) and 76.9% run block win rate (4th) from last season.

The 33-year-old Seumalo, who won a Super Bowl with the Eagles and made the Pro Bowl with the Steelers in 2024, isn't a long-term solution but could stabilize the position while the team searches for a more permanent answer.
