Villanova women's basketball dominated Marquette 64-39 on Sunday afternoon, starting with a 12-0 run that set the tone for the entire game. Despite Marquette briefly getting within seven points in the second quarter, the Wildcats maintained control, never leading by less than 12 points after halftime.

Marquette struggled offensively with 22 turnovers, though only 13 came after the first quarter. Villanova's defense limited Marquette to just 39 points, despite shooting under 50% in each of the first three quarters. The Wildcats sealed the victory with a 17-2 run in the fourth quarter. Marquette will look to bounce back in their final home game against Xavier on Wednesday night for Senior Night.
