Welsh Rugby Union EGM cancelled after chairman steps down

The Welsh Rugby Union's planned extraordinary general meeting has been cancelled following the resignation of chairman Richard Collier-Keywood.

Central Glamorgan Rugby Union (CGRU) announced it is withdrawing its motions of no confidence against Collier-Keywood and PRB chair Malcolm Wall.

The group stated it achieved its objectives through the leadership exits and will now engage constructively with the WRU board regarding governance changes.
