Liverpool eye RB Leipzig star amid Barcelona interest

RB Leipzig winger Yan Diomande is a target for both Liverpool and Barcelona, with the Reds viewing him as a future wide forward.

The 19-year-old has impressed since joining Leipzig in 2025, scoring on debut and leading the Bundesliga in duels won. His stats include 11 goals and eight assists, alongside a top speed of 36.3 km/h.

While Barcelona are monitoring Diomande as a long-term reinforcement, their financial constraints currently prioritize a centre-forward and centre-back. Liverpool, however, see his physical resilience and tactical flexibility as a perfect fit for their future recruitment model.
