Rakell, Hughes, Thomas Named NHL Stars

Rakell earned first-star honors by leading the NHL with seven goals, helping the Penguins achieve a 4-1-0 record. His current five-game goal streak is one shy of his career high set in 2017-18.

Hughes claimed second-star recognition after topping the league with nine points (three goals, six assists) in four games, leading the Devils to a 2-1-1 record. Thomas was named third star with eight points (five goals, three assists) in four games, helping the Blues to a 2-1-1 record and points in 16 of his last 18 games.
