Bears Sign Wright To Record OT Deal

Chicago Bears have extended offensive tackle Darnell Wright to a record-breaking four-year, $116 million contract with $93 million guaranteed.

The extension makes Wright the highest-paid right tackle in NFL history and gives him the most guaranteed money for an offensive lineman ever. Wright, selected No. 10 overall in the 2023 NFL Draft, earned second-team All-Pro honors in 2025, becoming the first Bears offensive lineman to receive the distinction since Kyle Long in 2014.

His elite run-blocking grade of 85.6 ranked sixth in the league, contributing to the Bears' third-ranked rushing offense in 2025. livefromquarantine.club
