INDYCAR Freedom 250 Starts in Washington

The inaugural INDYCAR Freedom 250 Grand Prix is underway today on a temporary street circuit around Washington D.C.'s National Mall. The race is live on FOX and FOX One, with Alex Palou starting from the pole alongside Kyle Kirkwood. Scott McLaughlin, Christian Rasmussen and Marcus Armstrong complete the top five.

The seven-turn, 1.7-mile course runs along Pennsylvania Avenue and passes landmarks including the U.S. Capitol and Washington Monument. The race is scheduled for 147 laps and approximately 250 miles. Expanded pre-race coverage began at 11:30 a.m. ET on FOX. bettingx.club
