Dodgers, Braves Meet Again in NLDS

Published October 2, 2026 · Updated October 3, 2026 · Fox Sports

The Los Angeles Dodgers and Atlanta Braves face off in the 2026 National League Division Series, marking the sixth playoff matchup between these NL rivals since the 1990s.

The Dodgers have home-field advantage in the series that begins Saturday. This postseason matchup continues a trend of the teams meeting in the playoffs, with four of their five previous series coming since the 2010s.

The Braves previously swept the Dodgers in the 1996 NLDS behind strong pitching performances from John Smoltz, Greg Maddux, and Tom Glavine, before going on to win the NL pennant. The teams also met in the 2013 NLDS. bettingx.club
