It is safe to say that former Bayern Munich star Thomas Müller is enjoying his time in Canada (who wouldn’t, eh?).

Müller got on to the scoresheet for the first time this season with a penalty kick and later scored his second goal for a brace in helping Vancouver Whitecaps FC secure a 3-0 victory over Toronto FC.

For those where this is not geo-blocked, here is Müller’s penalty kick:

Below is Müller’s second goal, which is, well, a very typical Müller kind of goal:

For the game, Müller played 71 minutes and had four total shots (two on target). Müller also completed 26 of 36 passes, including 9 of 11 in his own half, while tallying 2 key passes. Müller also won 2 of his 3 ground duels.

All in all, the former Bayern Munich superstar had himself a day as Vancouver Whitecaps FC improved to 2-0-0 in the Western Conference of MLS.
