Boston sign ex-Brighton winger Barrington

Boston United have signed former Brighton & Hove Albion winger Luca Barrington until the end of the season.

The 21-year-old, who came through Manchester City's academy, joined Brighton in August 2022 on a three-year deal, but did not make a senior appearance.

He played 43 times during a season-long loan with League Two side Grimsby Town last season, scoring four goals.

Barrington has been without a club this season but is now eligible to make his debut in the Pilgrims' National League match against Woking on Tuesday (19:45 GMT).
