Busch Couple Settles Insurance Lawsuit

Kyle and Samantha Busch have settled their lawsuit against Pacific Life Insurance and agent Rodney Smith, which was seeking over $8 million for an alleged retirement plan scheme.

The two-time NASCAR Cup Series champion and his wife filed the suit in November, claiming damages related to the retirement plan. Pacific Life had responded to the allegations in court filings.

The terms of the settlement were not disclosed in the brief announcement.
