Claressa Shields: America’s Top Heavyweight

Claressa Shields, 17‑0, is the reigning WBC, IBF and WBO women's heavyweight champion and the only American heavyweight holding a world title. The 30‑year‑old Olympic gold medalist has also captured titles in lower weight classes.

Shields’ 17‑0 record includes victories across super welterweight, middleweight, super middleweight and light heavyweight, before moving to the heavyweight division where she now dominates the WBC, IBF and WBO titles. Her Olympic gold medals in 2012 and 2016 underscore her elite skill set.

At 30, Shields has already released a documentary and a feature film about her life, and in November signed an $8 million contract with Wynn Records and Salita Promotions to map out the next two years of her career.
