Brayden Point Returns for Lightning vs. Maple Leafs

Brayden Point, the Lightning’s 29‑year‑old forward, will be back on Wednesday’s roster after missing the last 11 games with a lower‑body injury sustained on Jan. 12 against the Philadelphia Flyers. The injury also forced him to miss representing Canada at the Winter Olympics, where he was replaced by Carolina Hurricanes forward Seth Jarvis.

Point has tallied 11 goals and 19 assists in 36 games this season, and the Lightning enter the matchup as Eastern Conference leaders with a 37‑14‑4 record. The game will air at 7:30 p.m. ET / 4:30 p.m. PT.
