NFLPA 2026 Report Cards Leak: Full Grades Published

The leak came after the NFL won a grievance that barred the NFLPA from publishing the 2026 report cards to the public, though the union could still share them with players. ESPN’s Kalyn Kahler posted the full list of letter grades for all 32 teams.

The survey, completed by 1,759 players between Nov. 2 and Dec. 11, covers 16 categories including treatment of families, locker room, coaching staff, and team ownership. The 2026 cards list only grades, omitting the comments that appeared in earlier releases.
