Clemson Wins Palmetto Series Over Gamecocks

Clemson claimed the Palmetto Series for the third straight year with a 2-1 victory over South Carolina. The series began with South Carolina taking game one 7-0, their first win in the rivalry since 2023. Game two saw Clemson even the series with a 4-1 victory behind a strong performance from senior lefthander Michael Sharman, who allowed just one run in seven innings.

The rubber match concluded Clemson's successful series run, giving the Tigers bragging rights in the annual in-state rivalry that is widely regarded as one of the best in college baseball.
