Stewart Powers Mist to Unrivaled Championship

Breanna Stewart scored 32 points as the Mist defeated Kelsey Plum and the top-seeded Phantom 80-74 to claim the Unrivaled championship.

Stewart and the Mist rallied in the second half to overcome a strong start by Plum, who scored 40 points with 6-of-7 shooting from 3-point range. The Mist, who had lost to the Phantom twice in the regular season, earned their second championship in the league's history and a $600,000 prize pool.

Each player on the Mist will receive $100,000, doubling the amount from last season's winners. Plum's 40 points set a playoff record in the Unrivaled league, while Stewart led all scorers with 11-of-15 shooting.
